Currently at home in the Gaze Gallery in downtown Sarasota, "Ways of Seeing, Ways of Being" is a multidisciplinary collection of work by Nora Jane Long exploring our relationship with nature, memory, and meaning-making in an age of disconnection. Through non-fiction digital and analog media, multimedia paintings, and participatory installations, Long invites visitors to slow down, look closely, and consider how we record and relate to the world around us.

This nomadic, evolving space is both gallery and studio - part finished work, part living practice - centered on the belief that creativity is a form of wellness, witnessing is a kind of care, and storytelling (in all its forms) is how we find our way home.
